From the initial design to the final product, IPK conceives, develops, and tests every component of its karts in-house.

The company has a dedicated department equipped with all the necessary resources, including state-of-the-art CAD software and modern 3D printers. This extensive availability enables highly specialised personnel to initiate the production cycle with a design and see it through to completion while maintaining full control over each phase of the process.

Thanks to in-depth knowledge of the models marketed by the group, IPK Engineering personnel carry out the prototyping of braking systems, as well as other accessories such as hubs, spindles, and pedals.

The continuous experimentation of new solutions for racing karts is further supported by the vast amount of data collected by the Factory Team in national and international competitions, alongside feedback from experienced drivers and technicians.

Research and development activities are also ongoing for the technologies in the Rental Kart Line. In addition to leveraging certifications and crash tests (particularly concerning safety systems), this product line benefits from the feedback of the numerous fleets that use the Rental karts manufactured by the company.
